Welcome to our next journey together! If you are joining me for our first 21-Day journey of the year then you are in for a treat! Creating Habits that Stick is probably one of my most sought-after goals and I’m wondering if you can relate? In the midst of all the ebbs and flows the transitions that, albeit inconvenient, are a natural occurrence in life, it can be difficult to create habits. Then when we create the habits, we have to reverse engineer to discover how we ended up with a bad habit and what we should do about it.
