  1. Get back to getting my steps in is a must. Just got a new walking pad so that I don’t have to depend on good weather or daylight, for that matter. I also want to find a budget program. I’d love to hear what others use! And the 3rd item is to establish my 2024 goals.

  2. 1. Get back on track with yoga – starting with 20-minute videos 2 days a week, increasing by 1 day each week. (Goal – get back to 5 sessions a week.)
    2. Review budget/finances – create/organize spreadsheets for 2024
    3. Research kitchen appliances – my stove/oven started giving “hints” over the holidays. 🙁

  3. I am focusing on maintaining a Block schedule that works for me and makes life a little easier and creates consistency.
I am focusing on fasting consistently
I am focusing on intentionally moving my body 5/ days a week( fitness workouts)

  4. 1. Completing my bathroom and master bedroom makeovers,
    2. Following up with my ENT & Spine doctors to reestablish physical therapies for both health issues and being consistent with the therapy homework and
    3. Re-establish consistent rhythms for my family (chores, spiritual disciplines & bedtime routine).

    1. Sharon,
Your top 3 closely mirror my own… I hesitated to share( thinking it not worthy of writing), but I understand (reminded by Crystal) how your environment can effect and affect your mood and wellbeing.
Our master bedroom walls are partially primed and patched!
Remain intentional with your physical and spiritual health….you have a sister encouraging you and your efforts 🤗

    1. I’ve found identifying the “why” behind my budget helps. I budget for groceries…why this amount. What do I want to accomplish with my purchases. How does it fit into my bigger goal of how I want to live or move through the world? And remembering saying “yes” to this means saying “no” to something else. Is this my best “yes?” Those thoughts help me stick to a budget. It’s not full proof, but works well. Maybe something similar can help?

I strive to create an atmosphere that is beautiful and welcoming for young ladies and women with an inspirational theme. This year will be the 4th annual event. I received this assignment/vision from God in 2020. My first one was held in my back yard in 2020. In 2021, I moved it to Marshall.
