Friends, I logged my food again today and ended w/14 calories left to spend at around 6:38. It’s 9:31 and I just want some chocolate BUT I’m not going to do it!!!I can have a little tomorrow.

It’s crazy amazing how quickly my body/our bodies, respond to healthy changes. I’m so thankful for a gracious savior who is with me in every area of my life! I Surrender All! 🙏🩵
