Yaaay another Friday Junior!! Today I completed a total body strength sesh paired with ol’ faithful: 30 mins on the mill in 3 minute intervals on an incline. I had scheduled to workout yesterday, but when I looked at my workout gear my body firmly said to me “chiiiillle, if you don’t gone ‘head and sit down somewhere!!!”…..so that’s what I did. I finally got to moving again and it feels so wonderful. Reading everybody’s posts about get move-in has kept me motivated to get myself up and going again. Life has certainly been lifing But nothing God has not been in control of. Praise the Lord!!!!
