Get Moving a week agoHi Ladies! I hope you all had a marvelous Monday and welcome in a terrific and blessed Tuesday! I’ve been taking it a little easy the past few workouts due to muscle soreness after doing a lower body workout last week. I went a little too heavy on Romanian dead lifts, I’m not too concerned as I’m almost back to my old self in the way I feel, thankfully!
My last few workouts have been cardio and upper body. This evening I opted for a short jump session and a core home workout. 🙌

Get Moving a week agoMerry Monday!! I had to go a little lighter on the workout today because I didn’t fuel well enough for an intense session. I did a standing ab/core routine and ol’ faithful: 30 mins on the mill in 3 minute intervals on an incline. Have a peaceful evening, dear ladies💕
