    When the time my life was starting to going through sfferings, shame, hurts as it was so overwelmed, i asked God to help me and His grace. On that time He gave me the promise Isaiah 41:10. He says

    As His given word He has been with me not only my Gid but also my Father.

    Mandatory Squadron PT day with the self-paced workout crew! I did a 15 min walk on the Treadmill and 10 minutes strength training and some yoga after I got home. Mind and body are just really tired lately so I fell asleep and forgot to share yesterday.
