Get Moving 6 weeks agoI’ve been somewhat active in the last few weeks. The issue is keeping my motivation. One thing will have me home on the couch! So yesterday I asked my husband for help. He is one that is charged up when he goes to bed & when he wakes up! He will complete his workout feeling under the weather. Disciplined is his middle name yawl!!!! Get Moving 6 weeks agoHello ladies! I had a wonderful day of activity! I walked for 46 minutes, and I had a total of 9269 steps for the day. It’s going to be great getting back to my 5-7 mile walking pace. Have a wonderful night! 😍

Get Moving 6 weeks agoGood evening! I completed a lower body strength work out today – geesh the squats of it all!! I’m considering trying out a kettle bell with some of these sessions in the near future🤔 I paired this with a standing ab/core sesh with weights and that’s a wrap for tuh-day!
