Hey Sisters! We are starting a new week. What is heavy on your heart? What are your prayer requests for this week?

I ordered a walking pad and my husband put it together over the weekend. This morning, I walked on the walking pad, and this evening I went for my regular walk outside. I am in business now, lol

Weights today plus 40 minute bike ride with the Hub!
