    I’ve started walking(again😂) this week. My goal is 30 mins at least 3x a week to start, working my way up to 6x. I’m gonna come back to this PDF after I’ve done my goal for at least 2 weeks consistently since I’ve haven’t really walked since winter started. Love this!

    A few years back I was doing all the things for other people while neglecting myself. I was the Care Giver for my Mother, the financier for my brother that has a drinking problem, as well as “the go to person” for all the family— all the things almost wiped me out. I gained a significant amount of weight, I stopped working out, I stopped traveling, and I stopped hanging out with my Sisters. I lost myself…I literally did not recognize who I was anymore.

    I decided to start waking on my treadmill as often as possible. Last night was my first time walking in months. I count the twenty minutes /3 laps as a win.
