Celebrating consistent, daily movement over the last two weeks. 💛

This morning was a beautiful day. The weather was perfect. The outside breeze was perfect, so I took the opportunity to walk a mile outside on our beautiful campus of Texas Tech University. I need to take this opportunity daily. It was so nice outside. Have a blessed and wonderful day, ladies. 💖

This morning I read 1 Thessalonians. These verses really stood out to me:

“Always be joyful. Never stop praying. Be thankful in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you who belong to Christ Jesus.” 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18

I have so much to be thankful for but I often focus on what’s not going well. 😕

Today I wanted to reminder us that every one, we have faced very difficult situations or we have gone through very hard season.

Sometimes we do not know to solve or do not have solutions.

We get disappoinment, fear, hurt as lots of emotions comes from mind.

But we focus God and give everything to Him that we are unable to carry and keep trust His word, He carries us through our burdens.
