Get Moving 7 weeks agoI wanted to go to bed, instead I did leg lifts, stoops, and arm presses against the wall while listening to the scriptures for Monday and Tuesday. I count it as a small win. Have a restful night ladies.

Get Moving 7 weeks agoI hope to post more often as I get back into the habit of working out. I enjoy seeing all of the updates to the group posts I receive, its encouraging. Yesterday I jumped rope for around 30 minutes, which was a first. If it wasn’t for the worship music, I would’ve been laid out of the floor because phew. I did take breaks in between which significantly helped. I finished it off with floor exercises of abs and planks. The struggles were worth it, I slept extra well last night…
