    End of the workday mental health moment 🧘🏾‍♀️ + a nap. Yes, I find myself napping more and more nowadays especially since I gave up caffeine. ☕️Later in the evening after the house was quiet again:

    Completed Day 3/7 of the (Re)build program: 3.6 miles with light weights on my Peloton bike & a 15 min stretch.

    Happy Friday Junior!! It’s been a whiiiirrrlwind of a week so I haven’t posted but a sistah has still been moving! So, Monday was upper body strength paired with ol’ faithful – 33 mins on the mill in 3 min intervals with Madame Weighted Vest. Wednesday was a lower body strength workout paired with a standing ab/core session with weights. I’m so happy to have been pretty consistent with this strength schedule on M,W,F while sprinkling in abs/stretching along the way. Took a while…
