Took it slow 🐌 and Restorative this evening. Long day of medical appointments, and wasn’t expected to get two pain injections at my second appt as noted in photo below, and considering my first appointment was for my allergy shots (don’t judge me for the photo) pray for Healing I have a lower lumbar disc that’s going bad to the point its now visible on xray. 👩🏽‍⚕️updated MRI to be completed later this week.

April is a new month, and as His Word says, “new mercies every morning.” It is a new month and a new quarter, so even if the first quarter or the past few months did not go the way you hoped, do not be discouraged. Keep holding on to hope. This season will pass, and a new season is on the way.
