The Group Chat 2 days agoI cannot imagine that we are going to enter into the month of May.
I felt this month has flew but I celebrate wins in it today.
If the time come to start a new month, my mind remind me 2 things specially.
One is 1st Monday Coffee with Chrystal and another is Top 3s for the month. Both of them are very important things to doing the coming month with winnings.
Now the time while I am planning Top 3s and monthly plan, I have needed a sharing about few the month of April.

Get Moving 2 days agoI wanted to go to bed, instead I did leg lifts, stoops, and arm presses against the wall while listening to the scriptures for Monday and Tuesday. I count it as a small win. Have a restful night ladies.

Get Moving 2 days agoI hope to post more often as I get back into the habit of working out. I enjoy seeing all of the updates to the group posts I receive, its encouraging. Yesterday I jumped rope for around 30 minutes, which was a first. If it wasn’t for the worship music, I would’ve been laid out of the floor because phew. I did take breaks in between which significantly helped. I finished it off with floor exercises of abs and planks. The struggles were worth it, I slept extra well last night…
