Get Moving 4 weeks agoHope your Wednesday is/was wonderful! I decided to continue with Monday’s routine of a total body strength session followed by ol’ faithful. IYKYK So yesterday while recouping from Monday, my body gave me a lil side-eye and said “Oooooo girl what choo doing?? We not used to you working out allllllll of our parts together in one day!! We are used to the divide-and-conquer of it all ’round here!” 😆 But I gave it another go today….we shall see what happens Friday. Have a…

Get Moving 4 weeks agoI was trying to keep a steady 12 -13 min/mil pace the whole time. Next month I have to start running earlier so I have more time. My new goal is 7 miles ! I’ve been ebbing between 4-5 miles lately due to time constraints . As school winds down I hope to push further.
