  • DELEGATE! Woosah! This is the word for the rest of the month. I have to stop fussing about things I have not asked for someone else in the house to help me with. I cannot do everything and I am learning to focus on what matters most. So much good stuff in this book!!!

    I meant to post this yesterday! But I took GTX(50% Cardio 50% Strength Training) at Lifetime Fitness . Now what threw me for a loop is that the first exercise was BURPEES w/ a long jump. And it was 10 reps for 3 rounds … I was flabbergasted. And my knees definitely was hurting for the rest of the day. I’ve posted the workout below if anyone wants to try it out.

    This morning instead of working out I am standing in line for the opening of a new H Mart in Irving. Glad I heard that stand for long periods of time was good for you. 😂

    I walk with my dog every morning and today he was able to walk a little longer which I love. It’s a true sign that is cool enough because he loves to walk longer as the weather cools. However, he is older so he tires quickly and stops a lot to smell the roses or other things lol. Plan to get in a weight training session later on this morning. Have a great day everyone.
