Happy Thursday night and almost November! I walked/ran 4 miles today. Whether you, your friends, or family celebrate tomorrow with a Trunk or Treat, Game Night Event, Dance Party, Trick or Treat, Fall Festival, Home Gathering, etc…or do not celebrate at all, I hope you get a little fun in somewhere this weekend!😁💛

We made it to another Friday Junior!! At least, I think that’s the day of the week we’re on 😆 It bees like that sometimes! Today I got in a lower body strength workout and tacked on a ab/core session. No time for the mill on tuh-day, but …………I’ll be back. Have a relaxing evening, dear ladies. 💕💛

Hit my 60 miles for the month and am feeling incredibly grateful. Reflecting on this past year and how I’ve now done 5 months of 60 miles a month. Even though it’s been a hard year, I’m still here. Still breathing, still moving, still walking. And friend, you’re still here too.
