    Hey sisters , yes i woke up in the middle of the night . I am good . I wanted to update the group that I am back to actively moving! We restarted our workout group at church !! We meet 2 days a week . I am committing to go on Wednesdays because as a pastor’s wife I need my Mondays as spiritual recovery day ! I had so much fun worshipping and working out !!

    Hello GMG!!! 2nd month completion of the 50 mile challenge!!! 52.9 to be exact and it wasn’t easy!!! Planning to complete it again for November and getting in some strength training. Not focused on weight loss I would just like to feel the difference more. Here’s to another month ladies!!!! Keep moving!!!

    At the beginning of the year I made a commitment to myself to get moving. I attended the planning sessions with Chrystal and I broke it down so that I wasn’t biting off more than I could chew. I wanted to get to 10k steps daily. Taking her advice, I started with 5k in Jan then I was supposed to graduate to 7.5k in February and be at 10k by the end of Q1. I didn’t do any of that. 🙁 Working from home can be detrimental to your health if you are not intentional.

    Today is the end of another week. I am seeing some success. Had a doctor appointment this week and the doctor said I was being too hard on myself. It’s about being healthy and mobile and not all about weight loss. I have started moving with weight loss. Went from 210 last Friday, to 206 this Friday. Increased my walking to 4 miles and do gym 4 to 5 days per week. WOW! it is about time.
