I didn’t have much time today but I was able to get 3709 steps in. Not my 5k but I am going to consider this a win. I got up from my pc when a lot is going on and due at work and I went outside for a walk. 🙌🏾

I am committed to post daily. Knowing I had to post is what made me get out today. I hope you all had a wonderful day. Good night.

Happy Friday Junior again! I decided to do a lower body strength workout today and tacked on another standing ab/core session with weights. Yep, I think I’m gonna sleep well tonight cuz I’m tired after that!! Yesterday I managed to squeeze in a ab/core session – not the plan but thankful to fit it in!
