I haven’t listened to the Exodus Bible study yet for week 3, but the questions already got me!!!

Moved 2 days this week… wanted to do more. My knee started hurting after my walk on Wednesday. 😏 Now it looks a little swollen. ☹️ I didn’t think pushed my body too hard. Slightly disappointed honestly but I guess my body needs more time to rest and recover. 🤔

Walking as I post, 69 minutes so far. 47,000 steps this week
