Y’all…it’s snowing 😊. It’s 36 degrees with a real feel of 23. I stood outside, no coat on, letting snowflakes fall on my face. Such a lovely moment! My husky, surprisingly, doesn’t care for snow so we quickly came back in the house. Snow!!! I’ll probably be less excited tomorrow morning when I have to face black ice as today was a rainy day. But for tonight, I’m comforted by the idea of a new season.

Hey y’all. Today, lil ol’ faithful was in the building – 30 mins on the mill: 24 mins in 3 minute intervals and 6 minutes backwards on an incline at a steady pace. Another standing ab/core session with weights decided to join the party as well – I ain’t mad at it 😆 Have a scintillating Saturday, dear ladies.💕💛
