    On today’s workout menu: an invigorating upper body strength workout paired with perfectly seasoned 30 mins on the mill as follows: 24 mins in 3 min intervals (I slightly increased both my lower and upper limits, so there was a delectable increase in calorie burn). Of course, a good session on the mill just wouldn’t be complete without a good helping of that backwards walking business – so 6 mins at an incline and steady pace. Have a lovely evening, dear ladies. 💕💛
