Get Moving 2 weeks agoI decided to change it up this quarter. 🫣 And it was confirmed when Big Sissy Chrissy gave us the “rise up” talk. 🫡
I had been seeing these reels on IG about a 7 movements for 7 minutes routine to do in the morning. It looked easy enough so I decided to try it out last week. I enjoyed it! 😊 It was a quick way to get moving and it was elevating the heart rate.

Spiritual Growth 2 weeks agoThe Sister Session last night left me FULL! This morning I am overflowing! God is so good, so timely, so beyond what I can even capture on words.
God has been teaching me what it means to truly slow down, to do less & to be more purposeful in stewarding His time. I see how God has entrusted me with moments that carry purpose. And, in these moments, I’ve learned that steward time does not carry pressure.
