Get Moving 2 weeks agoHope your Wednesday is/was amazing! 94 degrees here in RVA today…. Sooo, um whoever said we still have ” 2 more months ’til summer” needs to verify that with mother nature!! I got in a lower body strength workout paired with an ab/core session. I revisited an ab workout that was hard for me a few weeks ago, but on Tuh-day I could feel my strength rising! Get Moving 2 weeks agoHad to skip Monday to take my husband to the airport. Sad news, my car had troubles and ended up being towed. Just found out the transmission has to be replaced!! Ouch!

Get Moving 2 weeks agoSo when I went to the gym today, a young lady I talk to often that works there, started smiling and said “Yaaaahhh, you came 3 days in a row. I’m so proud of you for being consistent. You’re getting stable.” She told my husband too. That was so encouraging, you never know who is watching your journey. I cycled for 3 miles then walked the treadmill for one. This makes 3 days in a row. I’m all smiles, legs burning. and proud of myself for showing up, for me 🥰
