Christopher’s MRI results: Good and Bad news, here is what he posted:

“Basically, I have a substantially large area of inflammation on my brain
(basically where the tumor was before). It’s bigger than last time, but
it doesn’t look like a tumor, but rather swelling, and there’s no red
color like last time that directly indicates cancer. However, cancer
could be causing the growth.”

I will post his surgery date when I hear. Thank you so much sisters for praying!

Hi ladies.

Protein has never been a priority in my diet until the recent years of getting older.

I need to increase protein to my day to day eating and snacking. I currently eat greek protein yogurt, even my cereal has protein…. meat, poultry and seafood to name a few but always looking for ideas.
