Happy Wednesday! After yesterday’s 3 minutes of feeling like I had super powers during that run, I was surprised to have the energy to workout well on tuh-day. Ladies if you could lift my mother in law up in prayer. She is in the beginning stages of her battle/journey/victory with breast cancer. She got the diagnosis this week and the ball is rolling for all the necessary appointments for the plan to eradicate it. We are in GA and she is in NJ. It feels like it’s been FOREVER since I posted and well, today, I’m BACK.

There is so much to go back and catch up on, but I just want you all to know- I’m still breathing, glory to God and yes, I’m still moving!

Isn’t it amazing how one season of your life can be slow and then in a flash- ZOOM!!! It takes off!

That is what happened to me- literally!

This week, I am back on the stairs.
