If anyone is thinking about going on the cruise you might want to register soon. I went to finally register and the room I wanted is gone. 😭😭That’s want I get for procrastinating. My daughter kept telling me to do it. Can’t wait for 2026, Lords willing I’m going to be busy. 😂

Hope you’re having a Flourishing Friday!! I got in a lower body strength workout today and added on core/ab work for good measure. I think the Mon/Wed/Fri for strength work seems to be working out better for me than the Tues/Thurs/Sat. plan. Glad I tried both schedules. Will likely do some stretching/pilates tomorrow.
