Hi friendsss. I did a 15 min GrowwithJo workout today. Did it almost take me out? Absolutely. Have I been recovering laying on my living room floor with the ceiling fan blowing over me? You bet your bottom dollar. 😂😭 But I survived. Barely…but I survived lol. Have a good day everyone.

Happy Friday! Hubby needs more information for the event on January 29th & 30th as we look at pulling the trigger on the Cohort for 2026. I need to look at flights but I don’t know the schedule for the event.

Inviting someone into your home whether for coffee or a meal is an act of service. Most people crave an invitation to be seen and invited in/welcomed. I tend to feel like I need to go big but I think keeping it simple is beautiful. I would like to invite a few ladies to my home in 2026 & see what happens!🟡
