    Had to skip Monday to take my husband to the airport. Sad news, my car had troubles and ended up being towed. Just found out the transmission has to be replaced!! Ouch!

    So when I went to the gym today, a young lady I talk to often that works there, started smiling and said “Yaaaahhh, you came 3 days in a row. I’m so proud of you for being consistent. You’re getting stable.” She told my husband too. That was so encouraging, you never know who is watching your journey. I cycled for 3 miles then walked the treadmill for one. This makes 3 days in a row. I’m all smiles, legs burning. and proud of myself for showing up, for me 🥰
