Hope you’re enjoying a Winsome Wednesday!! Since we got off work early today, I decided to squeeze in a lower body workout and – ya know I couldn’t close out 2025 without another round of ol’ faithful – 30 mins on the mill; this time the full 30 minutes in 3 minute intervals and weighted vest. Awww, lil Friday Jr. will mark the start of a new year!! Have a celebratory evening and an unforgettable start to an amazingly aligned 2026!! All the best to you, dear ladies💕💛
