Get Moving 5 months agoI have a goal of losing at least 5 pounds in this 1st quarter. (I said it out loud. 🥴😂🫣) One of my action steps is to close my rings at least 5 days a week. So far… 2 days down ✅✅🙌🏾🙏🏾

Get Moving 5 months agoHappy 2026! I’ve let my walking routine slip over the holidays but it’s a new year and I’m ready to get back into it! Goal is 45 min. walks 5-6 times a week with stretching and strength training. Slower start this week with 35 and 40min. walks. Lets start this year off great ladies👏😁

Get Moving 5 months agoMovement will be looking different for me these next couple of weeks, but I am still moving and that is what counts. I did enjoy the short, brisk walk I took yesterday morning. It was freezing, but worth it. 😊❤

Get Moving 5 months agoDay 2…got more sleep last night so I will not be going back to bed lol. 30 minutes on the treadmill (10 more than yesterday), arm workout with 5 lb weights and lots of stretching. We’re headed to MD for a few days so I’ll get my recovery nap in the car 🤗. I am packing workout clothes but I will not be getting up at 6:00 AM lol.
