    Walked on Tuesday at a park I haven’t been to in about 20 years, and it was in the low 80s and humid. Sat for awhile and just listened to the frogs.

    Yesterday i did PT for my lower back and have that today too. Will either get a walk or indoor bike depending on this crazy rain! Have a blessed day!

    Hope your Wednesday is/was amazing! 94 degrees here in RVA today…. Sooo, um whoever said we still have ” 2 more months ’til summer” needs to verify that with mother nature!! I got in a lower body strength workout paired with an ab/core session. I revisited an ab workout that was hard for me a few weeks ago, but on Tuh-day I could feel my strength rising!
