Hi friendsssss. Yesterday’s workout DID ME INNNNN! I almost didn’t do anything today, but I ended up doing a 10 minute arm and core tabata workout with weights…aka water bottles. Baby lemme tell you, the way I feel each and every fiber in both of my deltoid muscles…whew chile. I also lugged groceries in, (including a 40 pack of water.
