Get Moving 4 months agoI have a goal of losing at least 5 pounds in this 1st quarter. (I said it out loud. 🥴😂🫣) One of my action steps is to close my rings at least 5 days a week. So far… 2 days down ✅✅🙌🏾🙏🏾

Get Moving 4 months agoHappy 2026! I’ve let my walking routine slip over the holidays but it’s a new year and I’m ready to get back into it! Goal is 45 min. walks 5-6 times a week with stretching and strength training. Slower start this week with 35 and 40min. walks. Lets start this year off great ladies👏😁

Get Moving 4 months agoMovement will be looking different for me these next couple of weeks, but I am still moving and that is what counts. I did enjoy the short, brisk walk I took yesterday morning. It was freezing, but worth it. 😊❤
