    I have a goal of losing at least 5 pounds in this 1st quarter. (I said it out loud. 🥴😂🫣) One of my action steps is to close my rings at least 5 days a week. So far… 2 days down ✅✅🙌🏾🙏🏾

    Happy 2026! I’ve let my walking routine slip over the holidays but it’s a new year and I’m ready to get back into it! Goal is 45 min. walks 5-6 times a week with stretching and strength training. Slower start this week with 35 and 40min. walks. Lets start this year off great ladies👏😁
