    Good morning from California.

    At 56, I am learning how important gentle movement is important to the body. Normally I hit the gym and weights on Saturday morning, but this morning I listened to my body. It needed mobility and stretching exercises.

    I don’t know about you, but I’m still doing my best to enter the year gently.

    I spent some time in this morning’s Inner Circle Co-Working session, taking time to remember last week, reflect on the week to come, and write down my plans for next week.

    I’m enjoying the planner and have even bought myself a mini photo printer to make my planning space a little more “me”. (See photo attached).

    But I also have been feeling a little bit of anxiety creep up as I try to adjust my expectation…

    Happy Saturday ladies, so I did the 5-Day Rhythm Reset and it was GREAT! I started this year off GENTLY.. No pressures, no rigid routines, no long to-do list, but a calm peaceful gentle reset.It’s giving me a NEW RHYTHM. Today before work, I walked for about 10 minutes, yeahhhh …. I started moving! So here’s to simple steps forward, focused days, greater intentions, and a gentle reset!
