Get Moving 4 months agoHi friendsssssss. Completed a 30 min grow with Jo “Walk the Weight Off” workout. I survived; I was doing well but toward the end…whew chile. But I felt good because I wasn’t as tired as I had been the previous days. C’mon endurance and stamina! Baby steps…Happy Monday.

Get Moving 4 months agoDid a hot pilates class this morning. I almost skipped because I had to get up at 4a … but quickly realized that I would have to pay a $10 late cancellation fee which I then thought to myself how I could add that lil money to my lunch today …
Class was GREAT . But towards the end of the class it turned into a sauna session because I was DONE. I guess the instructor quickly realized I was done too after the look I gave her.😬

Spiritual Growth 4 months agoToday’s reading is Genesis 1-3. Read or listen using your Bible, YouVersion, the Dwell App, etc. In other words, read today’s reading however you can get it in. If you want to dive deeper, consider listening to the Bible Recap with Tara Leigh Cobble anywhere you listen to podcasts.

i typed up an email to myself to auto send 12/31/26
one thing I felt lead to do was to only listen to worship music that is only scripture lyrics for these 21 days.
