As I was doing a quick Pilates workout this morning, the instructor said, “Never feel bad about what we can’t do. We should always focus on what we can do.”

I know I have had the tendency to do this. I have grieved what I could do in this body in the past and how I may not be able to do those same things now. I’m reminding myself to GET MOVING on what I can do. Stay encouraged sisters! 😊😊
