The bad news is – it was really slippery outside, so no getting an outdoor walk in! The good news is – I was able to walk indoors! Now to keep it going and get some consistency build back up! Have a wonderful weekend!

Hey ladies, so I travel for living daily and checked into a hotel to rest up for next week. But before getting too comfortable, I chose to walk for 2 miles on the treadmill. Even pulled out my light blue and yellow Hoka’s. My favs. Now this rest is about to be real Sweeeeet 😴💤

The habits I’m tracking for the next 90:

1.Bible/prayer 2.exercise 3.reading for personal growth

I loved the Go Deeper video for today! This was something God spoke to my heart at the beginning of last year. I would never be able to love others well until I learned to love myself! I worked on this all year last year and have gotten better but I’m still learning and growing in it. 💛🙌🏻

Finished my 30 minute walk. Have a restful evening! 💚

I shared this book with a friend who’s teenage daughter was struggling a bit and she said, as they’ve read it together and looked up scriptures it’s been very helpful. Great job #CathyParnell.
