Spiritual Growth 3 months agoAnother good day in the Word! God determines our days, no more, no less. We put our trust in His perfect timing. Grief shouldn’t diminish our trust in God. During times of grief, we need to sit and be with our friends and not give unsolicited advice. Sometimes being quiet is the best thing!

Spiritual Growth 3 months agoThis was good to me. I’ve gone through some tremendous trials over the past 5-6 years. Hit after hit! But I had no one to turn to or who really came to see about me. The whole time I was reading today I was thinking although in same ways Job’s friends were a hot mess – THEY WERE THERE – they should up and they sat with him trying to figure that thing out. They didn’t silently set by mocking, or acting as if they didn’t see what was going on. That stuck out to me, and like I said…
