Hello all its been awhile since I’ve posted, but I’ve been making space to move even with these cold temps I’m in the gym…so today I did 2.01mi burning a whole 248 calories. #Movement is necessary 🚶🏽‍♀️have a great rest of the day 😚

Hey…I’m trying to catch my breath after this intense 20 minute belly fat workout. Who told sis to go so fast???? I had to improvise and I also had to take my own water break because WHY IS THERE NO WATER BREAK?? I’M TIREDDDDD! Whew chile, somebody send help, I need help. 😓😂 Happy whatever day this is.
