So today was my first day taking the time to meal prep in years. It sure felt good preparing baked chicken, roasted broccoli with bell peppers and onion. I packed just 22 plantain chips as a snack. I have got to get this cholesterol down and keep the blood pressure under control. Have a restful Sunday night Ladies. 💛

The Holy Spirit continues to teach me to extend grace and mercy to others …..reminds me of the love, mercy and grace extended to me by The Lord God.

I’m also reminded that God will honor his promises and that He fights for us…The Lord of Hosts.

So Cathi’s post inspired me to get up and move. I walked 25 minutes on the treadmill, which gave me four laps. Now, does walking around Costco count too?🤓🤣

Today the weather was so beautiful this afternoon. I got out and walked for an hour completing 4.36 miles.
