I finally got back to the gym today for Zumba class only to find out, class was canceled today but I stayed and a did an hour workout. 30 minutes on the treadmill and 30 minutes strength training. 💪🏾

Wanting to know when the next meet up will be. Or what are the ladies thinking. I live in the Metro Atlanta area (Stonecrest) and work in Jonesboro GA. I hate that I was not able to meet up in the previous ones, but do hope 2026 will be different. Be Blessed!
