    Thankfully working remotely again today, so I swapped my lunch break for an upper strength workout and after work tackled ol’ faithful: 30 mins on the mill; 24 minutes in 3 min intervals on a steady incline and 6 minutes backwards at a steady pace. Keep up the excellent work ladies!! I’m so proud of all of us! Go Us!! 🎉 Have a restorative evening, dear ladies. 💕💛

    Today’s workout was a little different. It was more like a slow strength training workout with weights (aka water bottles). We warmed up, did full body, upper body, and then lower body. AND THERE WERE TWO WATER BREAKSSSS! I’m starting to feel my leg muscle fibers come alive because WHY WERE WE SQUATTING FOR ONE MINUTE?!!! Absolutely not. No ma’am, unacceptable. Happy Wednesday friendssss.
