    Hey y’all! I know I’ve been a bit quieter, but I’m still over here walking toward my 60 mile goal for the month. It’s been a calmer and less intense rhythm since finishing the 5k and I think I needed that. After the cruise, I’m hopeful to kick it back up some, but we will see! Here’s to getting that movement in!

    Hello lovely ladies🟡. Thanks be to God I walked on the treadmill again on this Wednesday evening. completed 31 minutes, 5 laps over a mile. I helped my daughter again today by cleaning one bathroom. I feel good. Grateful for the meal prep, so I only had to warm up the food. 🙌🏾. Tired..shower and bed. I have a busy day tomorrow. Ladies, may each of you have a restful and peace filled night. 💛

    I want to/will commit to being obedient to God’s word. I am re reading thru my exercise book “Experiencing God”. My heart is wanting to become more of a friend to God so that I can listen for and hear his voice and obey. I will put into practice what I am re reading.

    I will exercise more by walking at least 4 days per week for 20 -30 minutes.
