Well, I had planned to do a strength training session today BUT I didn’t fuel properly for that kind of caloric burn, so I decided to pivot to ol’ faithful: 33 mins on the mill in 3 min intervals & incline with Madame Weighted Vest. Glad to still get some type of movement in! Have a delightful evening, dear ladies. 💕💛

Maybe… Today was day one of “official” 5K training. Although I’m kind of holding that loosely to not scare myself off. Goal setting has always been hard for me because of the fear of failure, but I’m starting the process and giving myself grace to adjust as needed. Remembering that an online training program doesn’t have all the details about my body, and I can adapt the plan if something doesn’t feel right. And also embracing the journey along the way.
