I was reading about cold plunge, which I’m probably never gonna do, and they offered another option: walking in the cold without a coat. So it was single-digits cold this morning and I went for a walk with a certain cold-averse husky. We took 3 short walks and came inside in between to warm up a little. Not too shabby! I think I’ll keep enjoying this cold exposure. Next time, I’ll wear gloves!😂
