My one thing was to compile my tax paperwork today, and I completed it. I also made some black bean and cabbage soup. It took me all day, but I’m happy and ready to do my one thing tomorrow!

Merry Monday!! I completed a lower body strength session today paired with an ab/core session on the mat. Y’all my resistance bands have been staring at me like “ummm, mam did you forget about us??” I used to use them more often when I was training for races – guess it’s time to revisit cuz the way they were eyeballing me on tuh-day was intense👀. Have a delightful evening, dear ladies.💕💛

My evening routine continues to be a growth area 🥴 for me since it’s new. I surprised myself last week with TWO evenings where I followed the routine like I desired it to be. I was like 😳 !! I couldn’t believe it myself 😂. I count that as a HUGE win for my week. I proved to myself that I can do it!

Scott got the boot today, we’ll see who likes all them hills now! 🤣
