Get Moving a week agoI’m really proud because I made it to the gym twice this week… the most I’ve been all year with my exhausting schedule.
I did 30 minutes on the elliptical bike-thing. When strength training I did abductors, adductors, and lower back on both days! 💪🏾
I know I can’t get back here again this week, but maybe I can slip in a walk before the weekend ends.

Get Moving a week agoHappy Friday Junior!! Anyone a fan of dead bugs? No, not the little critter corpses that may be nestled between your broom bristles or tucked away in some other obscure location, but the core exercise. I’ve read that they are great for core strength, stability, endurance, reducing back pain and improving posture. I’ll be incorporating these into my rotation – maybe I’ll get to a point where I can introduce light weights as well. 🤔 A lower strength workout was done yesterday…

Prayer Group a week agoHello ladies, this is my first time asking for prayer here, I appreciate this space. This morning one of my closest sister/ friends Mom died and a friend who’s like a brother to me, his Mom died too. Her funeral is tomorrow. Please say a prayer for them and their families. Also pray for me as I’m hurting because they are hurting.

The Group Chat a week agoWhen I am exciting to hear again Sister Priscilla’s teaching ” Discerning the voice of God”, I have pushed to share few thoughts here
It is a very powerful preaching and I am keeping trust in the Lord and asking His grace to open my spiritual ear to hear His voice.
From several days before i have been felt that my shoulders are lifted up automatically to be get tight the area neck to ear.
So I am keeping my most concern when I am doing something about this abnormal function…
