    Merry Monday!! Today called for an upper body strength workout paired with ol’ faithful: 33 mins on the mill in 3 min intervals on an incline with Madame Weighted Vest. As I was on my 2nd set of Arnold presses – I saw my lil shoulder muscles tryna stand out 💪🏾- I was feeling all proud & just wanted to hold the position and look at them lol BUT gravity said “No Mam!” 😆 So we put the weights down, until the 3rd set.     Started a new running program today. I’ve been trying to incorporate running into my routine since January and I’ve finally found a program that’s seems truly for “beginners”!!!

    Had to take a few days off from working out. Emotionally deleted from preparing and attending my dad’s memorial on Saturday. Honestly, I didn’t want to work out today but I did! It’s amazing how working out gives you energy and shifts your perspective.
