Prayer Group 2 months agoI will pray/talk to God at any time on my walking exercise, during work but sometimes I’ll put on worship music and allow the music to speak to how I feel with God. If it’s a tough day or situation, I’m saying, “Lord, help me.” One of the reasons I love my relationship with God is the ability to pray/talk to Him in a way that fits the moment.
What’s your most common prayer style: talk, journal, worship, silence, tears, lists, or “Lord help”?

I forgot to post this morning when I did my workout, but today I did a 30 minute 5000 step walking workout that had me about to lay prostrate before the Lord. Girl, when I tell you I was about to fall out after about 10 minutes. It was a full body workout so there were no real breaks. Just constant moving, and who told Ms. Girl to shorten the “walking in between” part to 10 seconds???? Girl who do you think I am, Iron Woman? Then all that jumping and…
